Lime is hiring a hybrid Talent Sourcing Coordinator for the EMEA region. In this crucial role you’ll coordinate various aspects of the hiring process including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and creating employment contracts. You’ll also identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, assess candidate qualifications for specific roles, conduct recruiting screens, and interact with the hiring stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats. You ideally enjoy both coordination and sourcing and have a data driven mindset with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen ability to leverage technology effectively. This is a remote position in EMEA with a preference for Dublin Ireland. What you'll do:

  • Support the EMEA region with Recruiting Coordination needs including scheduling all EMEA interviews, creating employment contracts and processing contingent workers
  • Support the EMEA region with Sourcing and candidate assessment including the development of diverse and inclusive sourcing strategies
  • Partner with the EMEA Talent Team team to understand our talent strategy and hiring goals
  • Utilise a data-driven approach to analyse, forecast, track, and communicate key operational metrics to the business, while using metrics to drive strong pipelines inclusive of diverse talent slates
  • Continuously seek out ways to improve candidate and hiring manager experience, streamline and simplify processes, identify inefficiencies, act as a problem solver that drives positive outcomes
  • Provide backup support to the NA Talent Coordinator when applicable
About you:
  • Fluent English speaking/writing skills required
  • 4 years of total work experience; 2 years dedicated to recruiting coordination with knowledge of sourcing and the recruiting lifecycle
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel and Google suite products preferred
  • Data driven, resulted oriented, and progressive thinking when it comes to understanding the talent market and our pipelines
  • Strong problem solving and organisational skills with the ability work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Personable and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
