• Technical Visionary: Establish the company's technical vision by anticipating industry trends, exploring emerging technologies, and envisioning how they can enhance our product offerings
• Strategic Leadership: Direct the company's strategic direction for technological development. You'll be the compass guiding our client toward new horizons, whether it's blockchain scalability, decentralized finance (DeFi), or NFT ecosystems
• Innovation Catalyst: Discover and implement cutting-edge technologies that give us a competitive edge. Whether it's optimizing smart contracts, enhancing security protocols, or improving transaction speed, you'll be our tech trailblazer
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure they leverage technology profitably From marketing to operations, your insights will drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
• Infrastructure Stewardship: Supervise our system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. Scalability, reliability, and robustness are your watchwords

• Passion for Crypto: You live and breathe cryptocurrency. Your enthusiasm for blockchain, DeFi, NFTs and digital assets is contagious and you possess work experience in the field
• Technical Expertise: You have a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles. You've built and scaled complex systems
• Ideally you have worked in consulting at some point in your career, e.g. at one of the top strategy / IT consulting companies. The client is looking for a candidate who can adjust quickly to changing needs and people
