We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR person as a deputy for the Head of Talent & Culture andtolead to the HR Business Partner Team. Your mission
- lead all HR topics in close collaboration with the Head of Talent & Culture and act as a sparring partner to the HR team
- lead and coachthe HR department ‘HR Business Partners’ and coach the HR Business Partner team
- establish strong partnerships across the company,provide guidance and support to our leaders along the employee life cycle, ensuring a positive working environment and fostering collaboration
- play a vital role in shaping the HR organization at Planted aligned with the overall business strategy andin close collaboration with the HR departments 'HR Operations & Services' and 'Talent Development'
- manage and participate in strategic HR and cross-functionalprojects and their implementation
- facilitate culture development in line with vision and strategy and provide appropriate processes and formats
- show a successful track record in leading a HR department or team or in asimilar senior rolein a dynamic work environment
- have several years working experience in Switzerland andare well versed in Swiss labour law.Experience in an international setting is a big plus
- demonstrate sound knowledge of all HR processes and the ability to enhance HR operations constantly
- thrive in a fast-changing environment, show extraordinary change management and resilience
- are a team player, take responsibility, enjoy working hands-on and roll up your sleeves
- are a strong and people oriented collaborator and communicator at all levels with a strongly service-oriented approach
- have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both German and English. Any other language is a plus
