Job Title: Finance Executive (P2P | 5 days | Up to MYR4,800 | Bangsar South, KL | AH Job ID: 20240166 C(A45)AH Position: Finance Executive (P2P Finance Shared Services) Salary: MYR3,500 MYR4,800 Term: 1 year contract (Renewable at the end of the contract as to convert into permanent) Working location: Bangsar South, KL Working day Mon - Fri Working hours 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities: Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies. Financial activities include, but not limited to: Processing of invoices & payments ensuring accuracy and completeness of information thru AP automation system Accruals of invoices and expenses Process expenses reimbursement (Manual or thru Concur system) Resolve employee expense & concur related queries. Review and reconcile aged creditors and debit balances. Manage queries from internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions. Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met. Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Team lead/Head of FSSC. Requirements: Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications. At least 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Experience within a shared services set-up is preferred. Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility. Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively. Highly committed and able to work independently. Stakeholder influencing; strong in communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment are essential.
