The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
- Canadian B2B Campaign Management: Oversee and manage a Canadian B2B campaign within our Islamabad call centre, ensuring effective operations and achieving campaign objectives.
- Team Building and Growth: Recruit, hire, and onboard new representatives to enhance the call centre's capabilities. Foster a positive and growth-oriented environment.
- Policy Development: Formulate and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and maintain high-quality standards in the call centre.
- Direct Responsibility: Take direct responsibility for the success of the B2B campaign and its overall performance. Report directly to the company owner, providing regular updates on progress.
- Fluency in English: Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking. Ensure all communication within the team and with external stakeholders is clear and professional.
- Leadership Role: Assume a leadership role in the organization, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in B2B campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the call centre industry is a plus.
