Horizon Technologies is seeking for Print IQ - ERP Software Launch Specialist with expertise in Print IQ backend operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and optimizing ERP software systems, with a focus on utilizing Print IQ for backend processes. Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and launch of ERP software systems, with a focus on configuring and customizing Print IQ modules to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Configure Print IQ modules, including data migration and integration with other systems.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the ERP system.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Print IQ features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations and enhancements.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in implementing ERP software systems, with Print IQ backend experience preferred.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Print IQ configuration and customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
