- Supports the IT Demand Manager in managing the business IT interface.
- Assessment of conformity and restrictions regarding strategy, architecture (landscape), usability guidelines / style guides, interfaces, performance and continuity of business processes.
- Preliminary identification and consolidation of comprehensive demands regarding dependencies, synergies, and redundancies.
- Recording (functional and non-functional), specification, evaluation, validation, and classification of requirements (e.g., business requirements, stakeholder requirements, transition requirements).
- Transforming requirements into specifications as the input for the software development or configuration.
- Management of preliminary studies cross business unit (BU) and in specific BU projects.
- Support the business in profitability calculations (business cases).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) involving requirement gathering, Analysis and Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Production Support.
- Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- Experience in leading requirement analysis, validation, verification and prioritization, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages, etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
- Ability to understand and create business processes, workflow diagrams or procedural documentations.
- Excellent proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advance solutions.
- Experience with agile development process (SCRUM)
- Experience in Business Analysis.
