MAIN DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for the Management and Control of all Equipment & Vehicle 2. Responsible for requisition of Manpower, drivers & operators for Equipment 3. Prepares the list of Equipment intended for the project including Rental 4. Process and secure a copy LTO and Insurance of all vehicle 5. Maintains a repair schedule, updates equipment files with repair and maintenance history. 6. Prepares purchase requisition for rental equipment and tracks the status while on operations including billings 7. Manages the schedule of repairs and maintenance with coordination with Chief Mechanic 8. Generates purchase request for repairs or required maintenance parts including regular PMS 9. Managed Cash Fund intended for all projects emergency repair and reimbursed on a weekly basis 10. Project Close-out for all Logistics and Warehouse accountabilities Competency Management and General Improvement · Logistics management competency · Can work with minimum supervision · Honest and Hardworking SKILLS
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Relevant experience in Logistics and Transportation
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Organize and able to meet deadlines
- Promotion to permanent employee

- Monday to Friday
