Operations Representative - 12 Months

Title: Operations Representative Duration: 12 Months Location: Singapore Description: What you will do • Candidates will be responsible for the review of new committed Credit Agreements. • Ability to clearly read, understand and interpret loan documents. • Handles a variety of functions (multi-tasking) and/or transactions, including priorities that require immediate attention. • To produce error free work, enters and verifies numeric data from a variety of sources (paper-based and/or electronic). • Perform miscellaneous duties assigned. What we expect: Your background • An expected degree of creativity and latitude is required. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks. Effective communication skills (listening, verbal and written). • Proficient computer skills utilizing mainframe and PC software packages, strong system orientation: intermediate accounting skills; excellent teamwork, organization and admin skills. • Possesses a high degree of attention to detail. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. • Over 2 years’ experience in the field of loan documentation/ administration/ loan processing. • Loan IQ experience preferable. • Able to navigate and communicate between the various groups globally.
