If you have a background in purchasing and procurement within the hospitality/F&B industry, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing purchase orders and inventory levels
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Inventory Audit
- Timely stock counts
- Previous experience in purchasing and procurement within the F&B industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Procurement Officer: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Bahrain driving license (Preferred)
