- Leading a top performance maintenance team in dealing with day-to-day and proactive / planned building fabric repair & maintenance, building services system repair & maintenance, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement, premises improvement and renovation of commercial and residential investment portfolio.
- Support to all technical matters in relation to the property's takeover/handover
- Manage relevant procurement and technical contracts and monitor service quality of relevant service contractors.
- Keeping track of the estate's facilities, recommend the improvement program for estates/ properties. To monitor and supervise the improvement works independently to assure quality of works and upgrade the standard of living.
- Monitoring the tendering and contract administration process which includes drafting letters to invite quotations, obtaining and evaluating quotations, preparing tender documents, and issuing works orders for maintenance and improvement works.
- Running regular survey and report of estates and properties not limited to slopes, roads, grounds, and underground services.
- Formulate annual budget of repair and maintenance works and capex projects and execute subsequent control.
- Degree qualified in Building Studies/ Building Surveying / Building Services and related disciplines with at least 8 + years of facility management, repair and maintenance experience.
- A member of professional bodies in HKIS/RICS/HKIE/RIBA or equivalent preferred.
- Well-versed with relevant ordinances and ISO9001, 14001 & H&S implementation
- Experience in pre-management and handover of residential properties an advantage
- Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
- Good English communication and written skill
