Community Dietician (Band 6)

Your new companyWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Dietitian to join our team in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dietetic assessment, treatment and advice to individuals with learning disabilities within the community.Your new roleUndertake a specified role in delivering the dietetic service provided to patients within the community setting, working as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team.
