Apart from this, the team is constantly expanding its capabilities in order to provide a wider suite of DX solutions to our clients and aid them on their transformation journey. Job Description
- Business Development and Sales for Digital Transformation Business Unit (DXBU), including RPA, Data Automation, AI and ML Solutions.
- Generate sales leads, qualify opportunities and close deals across any sectors / industries, including making cold calls and prospect visits.
- Client communication and/or management as required to influence the client to favorably view our tenders/proposals.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with technology principals, business partners and key suppliers to optimize efficiency of business operations and new business growth.
- Plan, strategize and build healthy pipeline for profitable growth, including completing and maintaining same updated in CRM and related tools.
- Develop and articulate key differentiators and messages on ABeam Consulting, DXBU and its capabilities and offerings to intended markets.
- Develop and enhance client satisfaction and continuous client relationship building, with high percentile scoring at annual Global Customer Survey.
- Team player able to work with DXBU members and wider ABeam Consulting to achieve desired solutions for prospects/clients with positive outcomes.
- Sales ownership and leadership to guide and ensure accurate and suitable solutions and proposals able to achieve clients’ desire outcomes and deal closure.
- Drive and ensure prompt invoicing and timely payment by clients with arrears minimized.
- Demonstrated existing relationships with clients, key partners and industry influencers.
- Demonstrated awareness of competitive landscape and competitors – direct, indirect, current and future - in the DXBU focused markets and identify/elaborate the differentiators required to be successful.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing business and selling software licenses and solution services; with sales track record in RPA, Data Automation, AI and ML medium to large scale projects.
- Self-confidence, independent, assertive, aggressive and capable in leading and performing end-to-end selling processes and activities with minimal supervision.
- Able to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
- Able to manage multiple opportunities at the same time.
- Experienced in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Experiences in managing vendors/suppliers and business partners relationship and expectation.
- Industry knowledge and background in Banking/Financial Service, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Automotive, CPG is an added advantage.
- Technical experience and knowledge of automation and AI/ML products and platforms would be a strong plus.
