Lead Solution Architect

The role You will be leading a team of four Senior and Solution Architects for a value-led organisation and be responsible for defining high-level solutions architecture and providing advice on implementation within ICT Programmes and Projects. This role will focus on team and people leadership whilst having the technical capability to step in as needed. Skills & Experience Seeking an experience Lead/Senior Solution Architect who has previously led teams or has people leadership experience. You'll be working Enterprise Architects and be leading preparations or technical plans whilst fostering an open and collaborative team environment. Skills and experience required:

• Good understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Azure software.
• Experience with integration of on premise with the Cloud.
• Proven team leadership capability.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices in enterprise architecture methodologies and standards, TOGAF
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
