Planning Marketing Activities In Coordination With The Respective Countries To Achieve Sales Target And Ensuring Smooth Implementation Of The Same. Development Of Marketing Budgets In Line With Sales Targets And Monthly Review Of The Same. Spearheading The Process Of New Products’ Launches From Time To Time In Line With Company’s Objectives. Inventory Management To Help Support Sales And Expansion Plans Of The Company At Respective Countries. Develop And Implement Effective Incentive Policies For The Field Force To Help Achieve Sales Targets. Key Performance Indicators Management Of The Assigned Countries. Facilitating And Coordinating With The Regulatory Department For Registration Of New Products. Competitive Analysis On Periodic Basis And Adapting Strategies Accordingly. Pricing Analysis On Frequent Intervals And Taking Timely Actions In Adjusting The Products’ Prices Accordingly. Market Visit Of The Assigned Territories To Get First Hand Knowledge, Implement Strategies And Take Corrective Measures Wherever Required.
