Sales Executive|Cold Calling - Remote

Are you a motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and lead generation? Do you possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to excel in a remote work environment? If so, we are looking for you to join our Telesales Team as a Telesales Representative. Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Conduct lead generation activities through various channels.
• Maintain fluent English communication with prospects.
• Ensure on-time availability during designated work hours.
• Use a noise-canceling microphone and webcam for team meetings.
• Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
• Be willing to work night shifts as required.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months of experience in Telesales.
• Proficiently use Zoom, Skype, Google Docs, and Sheets.
• Submit daily end-of-day reports.
• Participate in a one-week training program followed by a one-week assessment period.
• Work 4-5 hours per day part time.
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in Telesales or a similar role.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using Zoom, Skype, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Reliable computer/laptop with at least 8 GB RAM, SSD, noise-canceling microphone, and a webcam.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure during sales calls.

Work Environment: This position is entirely remote, and candidates must adhere to the following remote work ethics:

• Maintain a quiet workspace free of background noise (e.g., children, fans, etc.).
• Adhere to a five-hour work schedule per day, with a willingness to work night shifts.
• Actively participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
• Submit daily reports promptly.
• Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
