Support, creating and overseeing end-to-end strategic transformation programme and performance management from its creation to execution and implementation of strategic plans with clear material benefits and values aligned with CIMB Group’s headline strategy, across CIMB Group’s presence. Job Responsibilities 1. Support initialisation and mobilisation of key strategic projects, including development of proper project objectives, timelines, costs and resources, as well as appropriate Key Performance Indicators to motivate and reward project teams. 2. Support the development of their respective divisions’ strategic intent and goals with timely and effective implementation of selected strategic projects for the various business units and business enablers within CIMB Group. 3. Monitor and track project completion and benefits realisation for strategic projects. 4. Conduct data gathering and research to support key strategic project plans and implementation. 5. Supporting the Board and CEO on high priority strategic initiatives. Assist to institutionalise rigour and discipline for project implementation across CIMB Group, focusing on key strategic projects. Supporting business unit’s strategies and investments. 6. Support change management functions including the the design, production and dissemination of online news articles and infographics through the relevant channels and running townhalls, roadshows, and surveys etc. 7. Assist in effective and efficient deployment of organisational resources for strategic initiatives through the design, setup and governance of fast-track governance processes in areas of IT, procurement, P&P, as well as staffing. 8. Support the facilitation of the Forward23+ fund prioritisation exercise to manage requests for additional financial resources for strategic initiatives. Job Requirements: Degree from a recognised University. A minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably with 1 year experience in project management role.

  • Good appreciation of banking practices, products and regulatory environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, deliverables production and meeting conduct
  • Effective team work and time management skills to meet project datelines
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry
  • Good set of strategic and operations problem solving skill
  • Solid base of financial analysis capability
  • Good interpersonal skills especially in managing differing viewpoints and objectives of internal stakeholders
  • Good presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals/recommendations
  • Added advantage if you have these skills;
1. Advanced level competency in Excel including chart and pivot tables. 2. Possess knowledge in data analysis or financial modelling for busines case development/review. 3.
