Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather and document their financial requirements. Analyze existing business processes related to finance and identify areas for improvement. Configure ERP systems to align with clients' financial processes and requirements. Customize and tailor the ERP software to meet specific business needs. Lead or contribute to the implementation of ERP projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Provide training to end-users on the use of ERP finance modules. Oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems to the ERP platform. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process. Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the ERP finance modules. Address and resolve any issues identified during testing. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Proven 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Finance Functional Consultant, preferably with specific ERP software expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
