Manager - Accounts & Finance

As an Accounts and Finance Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of an organization. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

1. Overall financial planning, budgeting, and analysis of the company's financial performance. You will also be involved in financial forecasting, risk management, and making strategic financial decisions.
2. Managing the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. You will also ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
3. Controlling and monitoring financial operations, including the preparation of financial statements, conducting financial audits, and implementing internal controls to safeguard assets.
4. Handle cash flow management, liquidity planning, and investment decisions. You will also be responsible for managing banking relationships, debt financing, and foreign exchange transactions.
5. Tax planning, compliance, and reporting. You will ensure that the organization meets all tax obligations while maximizing tax efficiency and minimizing tax risks.
6. Lead a team of financial analysts to conduct financial research, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
7. Analyzing and controlling costs within the organization. They work closely with production and operational teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.
8. Manage the organization's credit and collections processes, including evaluating creditworthiness, setting credit limits, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
9. Oversee the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and identifying areas for improvement in the organization's operations.
10. Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They work closely with various departments to develop financial plans and track performance against targets.
