Mid-Level Blockchain Developer The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Blockchain Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative blockchain solutions that contribute to our mission of [company mission related to blockchain]. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into secure and scalable blockchain solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience developing blockchain applications.
- Proven experience working with popular blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana).
- Strong understanding of cryptography and security principles in blockchain environments.
- Proficiency in smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity).
- Experience with distributed ledger technologies (DLT).
- Solid understanding of software development best practices (e.g., version control, unit testing).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with blockchain development tools (e.g., Truffle, Remix, Hardhat).
- Experience with building decentralized applications (dApps).
- Knowledge of consensus mechanisms (e.g., Proof-of-Work, Proof-of-Stake).
