- Assist in conducting regular and ad-hoc stock audits to validate stock records and physical inventory.
- Participate in physical stock counts across retail stores, warehouses, and distribution centers.
- Support the implementation and compliance with stock control policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Help identify discrepancies between stock records and physical inventory and assist in investigating root causes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve stock variances and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of loss prevention measures, including stock security and surveillance.
- Assist in preparing audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and proposed action plans.
- Contribute to the analysis of stock movement trends and provide suggestions for improving stock control processes.
- Assist in conducting spot checks on high-value or high-risk inventory items.
- Contribute to the review and update of stock control policies and procedures as required.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with store managers, inventory controllers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the training and education of store personnel on proper stock control procedures and best practices.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
