- Create detailed test cases and execution plans for ORMB core functions and custom solutions, covering the project testing phases (SIT, UAT, Performance, Parallel).
- Coordinate and execute test cases across internal and external applications--internal and external
- Develop a requirement traceability matrix, execute tests, report and analyze defects, generate test status reports, and provide production supports
- Offer functional overviews to business users through demos and support user acceptance trainings.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a quality assurance engineer (requirement analysis, test planning, test cases creation for SIT/UAT/Parallel/Performance)
- Proficient in automation tools, preferably Selenium
- Has experience in the ORMB Health care
- Experience in the health care industry
- Demonstrate understanding of the ORMB data model by writing queries and analyzing data
- Understanding across process areas - Policy/Plan/Membership, Customer Management, Pricing, Billing, Payments and Delinquency modules in ORMB
- Has experience in SQL, SOAP UI, and Postman
