• Ensures that the park will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
• Undertakes sound financial management to ensure that park are profitable and stay within the budget.
• Minimizes cost and labor by reviewing manpower schedule and inventory use.
• Ensures achievement of guests’ satisfaction and Service Level Agreement (SLE) of internal and external stakeholders.
• Deals with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
• Optimizes and oversees daily park operations to ensure efficiency.
• Monitors and reports daily sales and works toward meeting monthly sales objectives.
• Generates accurate and necessary reports; prepares timely analyses that capture sales, variances, and market trends.
• Leads a team of Park Supervisors towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
• Provides coaching and recommendations to park Supervisors, Receptionist, Marshalls, and Utility on overcoming operations challenges.
• Evaluates employees’ performance using key metrics.
• Checks the manpower schedule and its complementary budget.
• Reports to the CEO and CFO of the company regarding operations developments and concerns.
• Adherence to the company rules and regulations and observance to the mission, vision, core values of the organization.
