Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee outlets, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. • Lead and manage the operations of our coffee chain to achieve company goals.
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies in alignment with national objectives.
• Drive traffic and enhance profitability through effective management of resources.
• Set financial targets and develop strategies to achieve them, in collaboration with management.
• Monitor performance metrics and take proactive measures to address deviations.
• Initiate and analyze projects to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate and promote company goals and objectives within the organization.
• Supervise and support the implementation of pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of growth and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
