Job details
- Sells assigned products to all sectors whether they are private companies Government Departments or individuals
- Maintains an excellent technical knowledge about the company products
- Finds new prospects through the media or by cold calls and try to turn them into clients
- Stays in constant touch with the Line Manager for guidance reviews outstanding quotations updates on the market and advises improvement of system in order to comply with the quality policy
- Gathers information about competitors products catalogs prices advantages and disadvantages awareness
- Act as a link between client and Service Department in order to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Follows up on the collection of outstanding payment In case of any default reports the case to the Department Head
- Convinces the customer post sales to take service/maintenance contract
- Submit weekly and monthly customer visit inquiry logs and weekly planner and quotation status report to the Line Manager
- To promote sales of Earth Moving and Construction Equipment viz Bull Backhoe Loader Skid Steer Loader Thwaites Dumpers Wheel Loaders Excavators and Avant Mini Loaders in Dubai and Northern Emirates region
- BSC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- to years of relevant experience in the same industry
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge
- Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure
- Team player and articulate personality
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
- UAE Driving License is required
