Responsibilities

  • Manage heavy travel logistics and meeting scheduling for Senior Management and team
  • Monitor calendar to look out for visitors to HK and Asia, coordinating with Assistants in other regions
  • Schedule heavy travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, arrange visa if required
  • Set up meetings, conference calls and events
  • Answer, screen and manage incoming calls
  • Maintain contact database
  • Review and prepare expense reports
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience support senior management in an international financial institution or bank, preferably with travel arrangement experience within the Mainland
  • Great organisational skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative
  • Team player with high integrity and professionalism
