Responsibilities
- Manage heavy travel logistics and meeting scheduling for Senior Management and team
- Monitor calendar to look out for visitors to HK and Asia, coordinating with Assistants in other regions
- Schedule heavy travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, arrange visa if required
- Set up meetings, conference calls and events
- Answer, screen and manage incoming calls
- Maintain contact database
- Review and prepare expense reports
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience support senior management in an international financial institution or bank, preferably with travel arrangement experience within the Mainland
- Great organisational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative
- Team player with high integrity and professionalism
