What You’ll Do: - Lead the execution of marketing programs. - Manage all marketing efforts and activities within the marketing department. - Act proactively to increase our market segment. - Establish positioning, identify the objective audience and develop marketing plans with specific objectives in different channels and segments. - Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. - Serve as a liaison with sales and customer service teams to increase potential customers and customer satisfaction through consistent strategies. - Create, maintain and perform analytical reports on multiple platforms and extract key information for the development of future campaigns and market launch strategies. - Design, test, implement and develop tactics for raising potential clients. - Guide the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications. - Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and the customer's life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging on all channels. - Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful strategies. - Manage content and updates for customers and internal contact points, document business processes, and provide additional sales support. - Gather customer and market information to inform disclosure strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads. - Measure, monitor and report on ROI, KPIs, and the effectiveness of marketing and communications actions. - Stay updated with digital technology developments. Here’s what we are looking for: - Proven work experience as a marketing manager. - Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work. - Proven experience in the design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns. - Experience in B2B service marketing. - Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices. - Practical experience with SEO / SEM, content marketing, and Google Analytics. - You must be highly motivated, flexible and service-oriented. - Experience in managing a high-performance team. - Versatile, goal-oriented, driven, proactive, and experienced in networking and influencing decision makers. - Prioritization, time management and organizational skills. - Excellent analytical and project management skills. - Advanced English level.
