Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for HR Manager-DEI for one of its leading client in textile industry. The ideal candidate must meet the mentioned requirements. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure diverse candidate sourcing and hiring practices.
- Lead diversity training and education programs to enhance cultural competency and awareness across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employee resource groups and affinity networks.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards diversity and inclusion goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, community organizations, and industry networks to stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in DEI
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective DEI strategies in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Diversity Equity & Inclusion: 5 years (Preferred)
- HR: 7 years (Preferred)
