Job description Location: Anum Empire, Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi Job Type: Full-time - 9 hours shift (7:00PM-4:00AM) TechNinja is a dynamic and rapidly growing IT Services company dedicated to delivering top-notch IT services and solutions to businesses. We're on the lookout for an ambitious and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our passionate sales team. Responsibilities: As an Outbound Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Set appointments or close deals with clients.
• Identifying customer needs and communicating client's value proposition.
• Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.

• Only FEMALE candidates are required
• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in BPO.
• Excellent cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Growth mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement.
• Available to work in Night Shifts (7 pm - 4 am )
