Desired skills: Internal Audit, IT, ISO 27001, Compliance, Information Security, Dublin Hybrid We are seeking to hire a Senior IT Internal Auditor on behalf of our client, a leader in financial and e-commerce services. This position involves working with the Head of Department in applying IT auditing techniques that provide key stakeholders and their teams with assurance and advice on crucial IT systems and Cybersecurity.
Duties:
- Building and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness of IT/Security best practices regarding risk management, governance and internal controls
- Conducting internal audits from start to finish and developing Internal Audits Plans
- Supporting external audits and inspections such as ISO and PCI DSS audits
- Assisting the Head of Department in developing a detailed risk-based annual audit plan
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc in Information Security or a relative field
- 2+ Years' experience in an IT Audit role or similar
- Preferably CISA certified
- A strong understanding of audit methods and principles, risk management, internal controls and governance practices
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST and NIS-D
- Experience in Data Analytics is desirable
