We are in search of an experienced Country Manager to lead a successful New Zealand portfolio You will oversee a portfolio of stores and be very hands on with your teams and be an integral part of creating new teams and rolling out operations across the company. You will utilise your business and financial acumen to monitor reports, implement business strategies to maximise profitability, improving customer experience and employee engagement. - Lead Area Managers and Store Managers who are passionate about the brand and delivering outstanding result
- 8-10x stores with growing portfolio
- A company who supports your career development
- OTE $140K - $150K

- Structured background in a Country Manager role or equivalent
- Retail background is a must! (apparel preferred)
- Strong Leader and people management skills/techniques

- Proven experience driving a high performing business
- Evidence of successful P&L, forecasting and financial reporting
- Experience executing visual merchandising directives
