Advertisement for Junior Research Fellow(SENSE)

Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in the research project titled “ Deep learning-based multitask and multimodal study to assess the progressive nature of Alzheimer’s disease .” The objective is assessment of progressive nature of Alzheimer’s Disease from multimodal data.   Eligibility: B.E./ B.Tech/ M.E./ M.Tech./ MCA/ MSc in Computer Science and Engineering with a minimum of first class on above from a reputed Institute. In case, the class is not specified in degree then minimum 60% marks or 7.0 CGPA will be considered.   Desirable: Candidate with GATE/ NET examination with a passport is preferred. Priority will be given to student who has working experience at Central Research labs/ Universities on AI based projects / packages.   International Travel Requirement : Willing to travel   Skills to be Evaluated: Coding skills (Python, MatLab, OpenCV), SPM8, LaTex, Image Processing, Biomedical Image Analysis.   Number of Position: 01  Stipend: Rs. 31,000 per month + 24% HRA   Sponsoring Agency: DST-GITA   Duration: The appointment is for one year and subjected for evaluation after one year completion of the project for further continuation.   How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to submit a detailed CV to e-mail careercc.staff@vit.ac.in by June 30, 2023.   Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated by e-mail for an interview (via online mode).
