We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with the organization's goals. Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions in response to employee issues.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
  • Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Support employee growth and career development initiatives.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Generate reports for senior management on HR-related activities.
  • Legal Compliance:
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
