Syncclouds is actively seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with a proven track record in project management. As a Flutter Developer and Project Manager, you will play a dual role in designing, developing, and managing mobile applications. This unique opportunity allows you to lead a team, ensure project success, and actively contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that meet client objectives. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Take charge of project management responsibilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks.
• Manage and lead a team of developers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement features aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews, provide status updates to stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure project quality and timelines are met.
• Uphold coding standards, write clean and maintainable code, and actively contribute to code reviews.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
• Proven experience in project management, leading teams, and overseeing project lifecycles.
• Proficient in Dart programming language.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
