Global Tender Manager - Internet Giant

Mission : Lead the offer proposition of data-center projects of a strategic customer from the Cloud & Service Provider segment. Key responsibilities:

• Manage the pipeline of opportunities to be tendered with the account and ensure that Schneider Electric has the right capacity/competency to meet the demand
• Support the account team on the tender strategy definition and be the accountable person of executing it thru the portfolio of opportunities we have with your strategic customer
• Be the single point of contact to the account team and customer during the offers preparation and ensure the offer gets submitted before customer deadline while meeting company project processes.
• With the support of the global technical leader and other stakeholders (Finance, Contract mgt, Tax, risk mgt…), lead the preparation of the commercial and technical solutions (
• Ensure the offers meet both customer expectations and schneider electric business target
• Ensure lessons learned gathered from previous tender/project are implemented
• Support the account team during negotiations with customer to secure the order.

Skills and attributes:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in l eading teams (functionally and remotely) multidisciplinary teams (Local Tender Mgr, Contract mgr, Technical, Finance team...)
• Ability to communicate in English (written, verbal) clearly in concise and synthetic manner on complex technical strategy.
• Ability to, influence & convince in a complex matrixial environment

Education

• Master's degree (Engineering and/or Business)
