Corporate Solicitor - Newly Qualified Are you a newly or recently qualified solicitor who is now looking for a new challenge in the corporate law sector in the mid-west region? Our client, one of Ireland's leading corporate law firms with a growing client list of both Irish corporates & global multinationals, are now expanding their west coast operations & looking to hire a newly qualified solicitor to join the organisation. The Job : Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this is a newly created role & the successful candidate will act as a key support to their senior colleagues & the firm's leadership team as well as supporting their client base in this region & their ongoing projects. More specifically you will assist on & cover duties such as mergers & acquisitions, undertake corporate restructurings & reorganisations, negotiate commercial contracts & shareholder agreements, mediate on disputes, support audit/compliance duties, analyse risk, lead legal projects & provide guidance & advice to key internal as well as external stakeholders. Your Skills/Experience that we need :
- 3rd level degree & fully qualified solicitor.
- 1-2+ years post qualification experience in a relevant corporate solicitor or legal counsel role ideally.
- Excellent inter-personal & negotiating skills as well as a strong ability to multi-task & manage diverse client projects.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
