Overall Purpose of Job: The role will work with Business, Finance, Planning and the HR functions globally to support workforce planning and help the global organization understand and use its data in order to make decisions on human capital and the global HR strategy.  The role will focus on supporting the existing Anaplan Workforce Planning platform with BAU activities along with contributing to changes and improvements. The existing Anaplan model is a headcount and personnel expense workforce planning model.  The role will respond to data request from key stakeholders, developing tools, identifying strategies and implementing processes that help transform business questions into fact-based analyses that deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations. The desired candidate will work collaboratively to leverage data handling skills and an understanding of workforce planning to improve efficiency and accuracy of insights and forecasts provided to our internal customers. The ideal candidate will have workforce planning and Anaplan experience. Function positioning The role is part of the Global HR Regulation, Governance and Analytics team, which is a small agile global team. The function is led by the Head of Global HR Governance, Regulation and Analytics.  Job Responsibilities:
  • Use the firm’s available data to analyse and “tell the story” about the firm’s human capital, providing insight to the global HR team and business functions.
  • Support and improve the existing Anaplan model for workforce planning
  • Set up and lead day-to-day activities of the analytics function.
  • Present and communicating findings and status reports relating to HR metrics, trends and human capital reviews.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the global HR team to ensure the data has an impact and drives action.
  • Build robust reporting and dashboards within the current Anaplan model, using new user interface
  • Drive process improvement through the use of Anaplan
  • Monitor data uploads to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes
  • Complete special projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • Ensure comprehensive UAT (User acceptance testing) is completed ahead of major new releases
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR / Finance / Analytics
  • Experience creating reports in Excel and working with large data sets.
  • Previous experience with Anaplan or other analytical tools is preferred.
  • Strong written communication, presentation development and data analysis.
  • Strong visualization skills and able to clearly and concisely present analytical findings with recommendations.
  • Work in an agile and culturally aware manner, managing stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Maintains contact with external organisations/professionals for exchange of information, developments and the sharing of best practice. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of core data protection requirements.
  • University Degree and/or equivalent experience.
