About this opportunity Responsible for monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in rollout, inspecting processes and outputs. Analyze data, communicate with ASPs, and maintain records. To ensure Pre-PAT & PAT activities are carried out in accordance with Ericsson Quality standards, make MOPs within project specificationsWhat you will do Managing Regional KPI: (Operation Excellence & ASP Management)
- OE KPI: SSA, Site On Air Adherence, FTR Pre-PAT, FTR Customer Acceptance, RSC Usage, EHS remote Pre–Work checks, EHS Performance
Actions applicable on all ASPs involved in rollout :
- OTD, Quality Index, ASP Self Dependency, EHS Company Compliance, Pre-PAT FTR ASP, EHS Performance KPIs %
- Forecast, Customer Acceptance Accumulated, EHS Pre-work Checks Conducted, Pre-PAT FTR Project, FTR Customer Acceptance
Introducing new tools and giving training to project and ASP teams, managing applicable tools and following up on regular basis with ASP & project team and providing monthly reports to region
HO3 (Pre-PAT) & QA Activities
- To manage daily field activities requested by project team, JVs with Mobily, onsite Pre-PAT activities
- Daily follow up on QA activities being done with RSC
- Maintaining different QA KPIs like FTR, QI
- Issuance of RSC NN for Monthly activities
- Pre-PAT checklist creation to share with ASPs and RSC
- Close follow up on daily acceptance activities by MS
- Release of documents from MS and submission to DCC
- Following with team on services and in house doc preparation and getting it stamped from MS to submit to DCC
- Regular EriSite updates till HO5 acceptance milestone
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in (electrical / communication/ computer) / engineering
- Knows how to communicate well in English & Arabic.
- Min years of experience: 10 years on network implementation and remote support with Ericsson TRM Equipment
- Delivering results & meeting Project expectations
- You will plan, coordinate, lead and supervise.
- Following processes, procedures, and instructions
- Deciding and initiating action.
- knowledgeable in the work area of responsibility
- Dependent on work area typical experience from working as a coordinator between different teams and customer.
- You should have experience in customer relations and good technical skills.
- Awareness of all EHS statutory requirements
