Job Description As the HR Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the human resources function within the organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the overall business objectives and create a positive work environment for employees. You will report directly to the executive management team and provide strategic HR guidance. Job Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive HR decisions.
