We are one of the delivery partners for NEOM THE LINE, one of the most iconic giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arguably one of the largest projects in the world. Based at NEOM Site, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for exercising technical & management expertise in the construction logistics field, within major construction/ infrastructure projects. The incumbent employs exceptional construction knowledge and specialization in several fields of construction engineering, particularly Sitewide Logistics Construction with an emphasis on team management • Undertakes responsibility for leading the activities of the management of construction project(s). • Serves as the package representative for the management and inspection of contractor construction activities, coordination of construction with operations and tenants, determination of appropriate contractor progress payments, processing and negotiation of changes to the work and claims, and control of contract documentation including submittal and letter processing, monitoring and reporting progress. • Manages staff consisting of construction coordinators, and administrative assistants. • Coordinates among supervision consultant, contractors, airport personnel, design personnel, and others. • Coordinates the resolution of construction problems. • Participates in procurement / tender evaluations. • Supervises the preparation of construction procedures. • Project procedures and reporting. Here’s what you’ll need : As a successful candidate you will: • A minimum of 20 years of construction and engineering experience directly related to general field administration on significant construction projects is required. • 10 years of the experience must be experienced in construction of logistics assets (roads, infrastructure, site perimeter assets) and be experienced working in live traffic environments with solid traffic management experience. • A bachelor or higher degree in engineering or construction management is required.
