  • Proven experience in relevant role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of office, organizational skills and office management software
  • Inventory control and analyzing information
  • Relevant qualifications
Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate delivery of fuel from one destination to another
  • Arrange transportation, schedule staff and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
  • Coordinate delivery and provide ETA's
  • Prepare load schedule daily
  • Take steps to avoid quality control issues
  • Manage activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
  • Continually review costs, transportation rates, to keep costs down where possible 
  • Streamline transportation processes
  • Provide admin support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques
