Centre Manager

Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Centre Manager to oversee the operations of a Singapore Math enrichment centre located in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the centre, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional educational services to our students. Our classes are delivered both in-person and online. Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the Math Enrichment Centre.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students.
• Be part of the teaching team to teach Singapore math to primary school-going children.
• Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff to maintain high-quality delivery of classes.
• Coordinate and oversee student assessments and progress tracking.
• Maintain a positive learning environment for students and staff.
• Handle parent inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitor and manage the centre's budget and expenses effectively.
• Collaborate with the management to develop marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in teaching, education management, or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and have great passion for teaching. 
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
