Sr. Device Engineer

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to drive process improvements. 2. Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify root causes of process issues. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and efficiency. 3. Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean Six Sigma principles throughout the organization. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather insights, and develop improvement strategies. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and engagement in Lean Six Sigma initiatives. 5. Change Management: Drive change management processes to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of process improvements. Communicate effectively with teams to address concerns and facilitate a smooth transition to new processes. 6. Project Documentation: Document all aspects of Lean Six Sigma projects, including methodologies used, data analysis results, and project outcomes.
