Title: IT Security Analyst : Safeguarding Digital Assets Company: We are actively seeking an IT Security Specialist to join our robust cybersecurity team, dedicated to defending our organization's computer systems and networks from potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Role: · Devise and execute comprehensive IT security strategies to safeguard digital assets and infrastructure. · Continuously monitor security platforms for abnormal activities, potential threats, and swiftly respond to any security breaches or incidents. · Perform regular security evaluations and audits to detect and mitigate system weaknesses. · Develop and enforce robust security protocols and guidelines for data protection, network access control, and disaster recovery. · Educate and train employees on cybersecurity best practices and promote a culture of security awareness. · Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity advancements, including emerging threats and the latest preventive technologies. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage. · Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable. · Extensive experience in key areas of IT security, including but not limited to network defense, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management. · In-depth knowledge of current IT risks and a proven track record in implementing effective security solutions. · Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across various teams.
