- * **Minimum 1 year experience in a company that provides practice management software to specialist doctors (Not Negotiable) *
- * **Training experience (writing training manuals, providing training on systems) *
- **KPAs:*
- * *Respond to client inquiries
- Diagnose and trouble shoot related to the software
- All first line support duties prior to escalating to next step
- Develop training manuals
- Conduct training (one on one and group settings)
