Job Description: As a Project Manager at ZENDATA you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects of various sizes and complexities across all of our entites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your ability to lead and motivate teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

• Develop and execute an approach for quality, efficient, and quick delivery of information security projects, large and small, including, but not limited to, documenting requirements, establishing frequent communications, detailed documentation, identifying risks, accurate timelines, and measuring progress.
• Directly manage small to large critical information security projects from initial request through production release.
• Support definition and documentation of information security roadmap.
• Identify implementation risks early, efficiently recommending resolutions to critical issues, and drive decisions by the right individuals promptly.
• Be a conduit for communication, coordinating meetings with stakeholders and regular communications with the appropriate teams.
• Work within an agile development environment, updating stories, Kanban Boards, and epics to facilitate progress and reporting.
• Support the technical teams with client expectations of their ability to deliver quality tools regularly.

• Minimum 2 years leading business-focused technology efforts in an enterprise environment including stakeholders from all levels of leadership.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience with information security and controls and security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements into business processes (BA-related certification a plus)
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks such as TOGAF is a plus.
• Previous experience with Agile Methodologies (ScrumMaster a plus), plus for any Project Management Certifications (i.e. PMP, CSM, etc.)
