We want to give you the opportunity to become a part of our family! <-highlight> The role – served up <-highlight> As a brand bringing elevated hype around Legendary Charcoal Chicken (and our famous garlic sauce) EJ’s Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the same high standard, knowledge and policies within current and upcoming stores. We want you to know what we do and how we do it, well. Proactively deliver the highest level of service to our cult-following customers, develop and level-up our team and hit all those business goals! We know you can handle a bit of heat. <-highlight> Key EJ responsibilities <-highlight> Bring a positive, welcoming vibe to the role <-highlight> Ensure our awesome customers experience a consistent EJ experience. Our service (and delicious feast) always leave them satisfied <-highlight> Always striving to exceed KPI’s and store profitability <-highlight> Competently managing store finances (from invoicing procedures, through to profit and loss analysis and payroll)<-highlight> Be a key player within the full lifecycle of your team - on boarding, training and off boarding <-highlight> Manage team rostering and financial targets within the business <-highlight> Our customer’s become our extended family. Ensure Food Safety standards are always adhered to store-wide, so that they can trust we’ve got them <-highlight> Pride yourself in your store’s excellent standard. Cleanliness of machines and equipment will bring efficiency to the functionality of your EJ <-highlight> Customer and staff safety comes first, everytime. Always adhere to WHS <-highlight> Be on top of stock level management. Less drumsticks means more hungry tummies and more #sadfaces <-highlight> Sound like you?<-highlight> Instinctive leadership qualities to help nurture your team (AKA your work fam)<-highlight> Completed (or willing to undertake) a Food Safety Supervisor course <-highlight> Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry <-highlight> Up for a challenge and is passionate about good, soulful food and customer journey <-highlight> Good verbal and written English communication skills <-highlight> Understanding of written operational and financial reports. A little math doesn’t hurt <-highlight> Excellent people management skills and if conflict arises (because sometimes it does, we’re only human) be able to resolve it quickly and efficiently <-highlight> A people person with an approachable personality. Bring that good vibe in-store!<-highlight> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll be dealing with your customers on the daily.
