Job details
Oversee and manage all aspects of archived records management activities, including vendor performance, project oversight, operational deliverables, SLA reporting, risk-related submissions, incident management, budgeting, and tender processes. Job Descriptions :
- Manage the overall activities and vendor performance related to archived records management for the Bank
- Direct and oversee matters related to projects for archived records management
- Act as a reviewer for periodic operational related deliverables
- Initiate, track and verify vendor submission of all periodic SLA reports
- Verify documents and ensure timely submission of risk related deliverables
- Perform incident management activities by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including investigation and follow up on resolution actions
- Prepare the necessary data and analysis required for department and management updates to support informed decision making
- Manage the preparation and issuance of annual budgets and PO issuance. Carry out investigations and follow up on vendors outstanding accounts/tasks
- Drive tender processes and ensures the successful completion of outsourcing deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Records management, Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Possesses strong proficiency in report writing, memos, presentation slides etc
- Power Point and Excel intermediate skills required
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Optional: Experience working with large Excel database
