Job Description 1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:- Lead the regional recruitment strategy, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition plans.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to drive recruitment efforts, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Implement best practices for diversity and inclusion in hiring processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards. Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements for efficient and effective hiring.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employee representatives and unions (if applicable).
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the region.
- Collaborate with legal teams when necessary to address complex labor-related matters.
- Provide guidance on employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Lead the development and implementation of ESG strategies and programs within the region.
- Monitor and report on ESG performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations.
- Stay informed about ESG trends and regulations applicable to the industry and region.
- Drive the adoption of RBA standards and principles throughout the regional supply chain.
- Conduct assessments and audits to ensure supplier compliance with RBA standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address non-compliance issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in RBA-related initiatives and working groups.
- Oversee HR operations and benefits administration Ensure compliance with local and regional labor laws and regulations.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and present findings to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on recruitment, IR/ER, ESG, and RBA implementation.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional labor laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices.
- Experience in conducting supplier audits and managing supplier relationships is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
